LinkPreview Chrome ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਡਾਟਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਊਜ਼ਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਕੀ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ

ਇਹ ਨੀਤੀ Google Chrome ਲਈ LinkPreview ਬ੍ਰਾਊਜ਼ਰ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ (“ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ”) ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ LinkPreview (linkpreview.app) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਕਿਸੇ ਪੰਨੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਵਿਊ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਫੈਵੀਕਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ, ਪੌਪਅੱਪ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਡ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬ੍ਰਾਊਜ਼ਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਲੋਡ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੰਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋ।

The extension does not:

  • collect, store or transmit personal information, browsing history, page content or meta tags.

  • use analytics, tracking, cookies or advertising.

  • sell or share data with anyone.

  • run code loaded from a remote server.

linkpreview.app ਦੇ ਲਿੰਕ

The popup has buttons that open linkpreview.app (“Full check” and “Refresh cache”). These links contain the address of the page you were checking, so the site can fill it in for you, plus standard UTM tags (utm_source=chrome-extension) that show the visit came from the extension. They only open when you click them.

The linkpreview.app website is hosted on Framer and uses Framer’s built-in site analytics. For how Framer handles that data, see Framer’s privacy statement.

ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤਾਂ

The extension asks Chrome for three permissions:

  • activeTab: temporary access to the current tab, only after you click the extension icon.

  • scripting: runs the bundled function that reads the page’s meta tags.

  • storage: remembers which platform preview you picked last. This one setting is saved locally in your browser and never sent anywhere.
